H. David Blair and Robert D. Stroud founded BLAIR & STROUD in 1982 in historic downtown Batesville, Arkansas. Barrett S. Moore joined the law firm in 2011, becoming a partner in 2017. Many lawyers, law students, and college students interested in becoming lawyers have worked at BLAIR & STROUD.
